An important message to our clients and friends regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.

To our Clients and Friends:

Thank you for continuing to trust Haile Shaw & Pfaffenberger for your legal needs. Our clients and our staff have always been our priority, and we will strive to be available to meet your legal needs through this public health emergency while protecting the best interests of our staff and attorneys.

With that in mind, beginning on Friday, March 20th at noon, we have decided that our attorneys and staff will work remotely. This arrangement will be in place until our office environments are deemed safe by public health officials and, of course, we will notify you when we resume normal business operations. We are confident that our readiness for extended remote work will allow us to continue to effectively serve clients for as long as necessary. However, we understand that the need for in-person meetings differs from client to client, based on your business and the kinds of service we provide. If you have an in-person meeting scheduled at Haile Shaw, we will reach out to you to discuss arrangements that meet your needs. We encourage you to reach out directly to us as well. We will continue to provide updates via email, on our Facebook page, and at www.haileshaw.com.

Although our offices are now temporarily closed, please be assured that if we serve as registered agent for your business or entity, we have made arrangements to ensure we are able to accept service on your behalf at our office unless and until such requirements are suspended by the Secretary of State.

Regardless of working arrangements, please rest assured that we will endeavor to provide the same level of service, dedication and responsiveness you’ve always expected from Haile Shaw. Our thoughts remain with all those effected by this outbreak and we hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. We are all looking forward to the resolution of this public health crisis, and return to normalcy.

The Haile Shaw Team
