Brad has advised clients on estate planning that involve irrevocable trusts, multi-generational asset planning and family gifting strategies, and he has guided probate estates in court and through the administrative process. Transactions involving commercial and residential real estate have been another focus, along with extensive work with corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities.

Six years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Palm Beach gives Brad a broad knowledge of investments, trust services and financial planning. While at the bank, he administered fiduciary accounts and estates, and interpreted applicable law for trusts.

Brad received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. He earned an undergraduate degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems. Brad is a member of The Florida Bar.

Since 2012, he has served as Board President of Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County. During this time, Brad has led the nonprofit during unprecedented growth. The affiliate’s assets have increased from $5 million to $12 million and 80 homes have been constructed. Brad played a key role in creating an annual gala fundraiser, golf event and tennis event.

Beyond the Law

Brad lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his fiancé, Megan and their three rescue dogs – Ella, Lulu and Little Girl, a terrier mix, found wandering the streets of Fort Lauderdale during a torrential rainstorm. Brad is passionate about his 10 year involvement with Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, which has given him an intense appreciation of what it means to persevere. Brad also is a competitive tennis player (when healthy), but equally enjoys watching it at home (when not healthy).
