When one of the biggest land deals in Palm Beach County took place, one of the attorneys was Michael Sim who helped close the $127.5 million sale of the 607-acre Briger tract in Palm Beach Gardens. It was a hole-in-one for this once top high school and college golfer.
Now, Michael has brought his considerable commercial and residential real estate legal skills to our firm. “There’s a real human aspect to our work,” says Michael. “We care about our clients and try to help in any way we can. It’s the on-going relationship for many years.”
Proud of a law career that spans 40 years, Michael has represented a diverse group of clients in a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate matters. He has helped both purchasers and sellers. A significant portion of Michael’s practice has involved clubs and recreational facilities, leisure activities, resorts and private and semi-private clubs throughout the United States and in several foreign countries. He also works with marinas and boating facilities and is currently helping a client purchase marinas throughout Florida.
An avid sports fan and former competitive golfer, Michael won the Most Valuable Golfer Award at Forest Hill High School and Palm Beach Junior College (now Palm Beach State College) and was also named to the Florida Junior College All-State Golf Team.
